In 2016 and 2017, Department admitted students for Five Year Integrated BSc MSc in Biological Sciences (with Hons in Botany, Zoology and Microbiology).

Starting July 2018, the department would be offering Three Years B Sc (Hons) programs in Botany, Zoology and Microbiology.

The Department has implemented the evaluation Guidleines for Theory and Practical Examination as approved by the Board of Studies.

The department has started BSc (H) in Botany, Zoology and Microbiology in CBCS mode from the session 2019-20 onwards as per UGC guidelines. The syllabus of the same is given below
